I don't understand whether or not the sister is a beneficiary and has been left an interest in the property, or is just the executor and only the OP and her brother are beneficiaries, but willing to split the house sale profit. Have I misread?

Thanks for everyone's informative responses, it looks like my sister was also a joint owner but as someone has said, you are only able to advertise 4 names on the deed's, the alert is because she has taken my mum and dad off the deeds and now added her name to it, I spose it just makes things easier to sell.

Does it say that has happened or just a request for it to happen?
