Another one

Hi all,

I followed the newbie guide to the letter and also got a lot of advise from the members here, so thanks for that.

I just wanted to ask, if one get another PCN from the same company at the same location for the same reason a couple of months later, is the same defense suitable for POPLA?

It was a UKPC "Driver Left Site" again. I'm asking just in case UKPC decide to use my PDF against me as I've used it before.

Thanks in advance.

Be aware that POPLA is a very unstable system. If next time, you might just get one of their incompetent assessors
