New Conservatory Mould Question?

Is this some kind of mould on new conservatory skimmed walls?
The Company have stopped answering the calls after seeing this and it is all over the skimmed walls.
I notice it wipes clean off with an old rag but it has appeared despite dehumidifier, and windows being left open in the day.
With the glass roof there is a lot of condensation, it was completed in November.
I have heard rumours about a dangerous Black Mould and just hoping this is not it!:(

Give it more time to dry out, my conservatory was completed in November and wasn't ready for painting and flooring until we had a mild spell in February. That mould isn't harmful, let it all dry out and it should be ok, unless there's a leak where the conservatory joins the house and water is getting in?0

I left the two ceiling vents ajar and when we were in, opened the doors a bit. We have two walls that were plastered and the screed floor to dry out. Once they were done I put the floor tiles down, applied a watered-down coat to the plastered walls before painting them. That was four years ago and it's been fine ever since.0
