can I just say a big thankyou to every one that helped :beer::beer: I had a problem with a default being marked on my file by NatWest the original owner and cabot the new owners of the debt both were showing me owing . cabot had the amount being paid off but NatWest still showed the original amount not decreasing ….anyway I argued with the cra and with NatWest and surprise surprise , not only did they sort it out , but they apologised and gave me £40 compensation for my trouble ...thanks to mse for the advice:D
