    Right, I've done my meal plan for this week. I start a full time job tomorrow so thought I needed to be organised!

    Sunday - Chicken, mash, carrots, peas, runner beans, broccoli - it was delish!
    Monday - Shepherd's pie made with extras I did today!
    Tuesday - pizza or pasta - needs to be something quick as DD has her swimming lesson
    Wednesday - Minced beef pie, potatoes of some description and veg
    Thursday - Mum and Dad's:D
    Friday - Scampi, chips or wedges & peas
    Saturday - Sausage, mash & beans

    ok i will give this a bash this week i normally write down what we are having but dh is a fussy so and so, so i end up changing things.

    sun - dh cooking salmon and pea pasta (loaded with double cream)
    mon - shepherds pie and veggies.
    tues - me jacket pot and beans, dh pie chips and beans.
    weds - me out.
    thurs - eating lunch out have pizza express coupon from the times.
    fri - me jacket pot, dh sausages in rolls (that could all change)
    sat - out again.

    picked a good week haven't i seeing as i'm out most of the week!!

    this week should vagely look like this:

    sat, lo chicken pie and maple roast parsnips

    sun, chicken, yorkies, roast pots, roast carrot & parsnips. broccoli, romanesca & gravy

    mon, somthing quick with lo chicken

    tues, leek & cheese quiche

    wed, lamb chops, sweet potatoes & carrots

    thurs, fridge bottom & bacon pasta bake

    fri, prob left overs
    - prior planning prevents poor performance!

    My first ever meal plan posting..it's a bit basic (and vegetarian):

    Monday: Lasagne

    Tuesday: Toad in the hole. (Home made sausages).

    Wednesday: nut loaf with roast veggies

    Thursday: Pasta Bake

    Friday: Stew with dumplings

    Saturday: Lentil and spinach coconut curry

    Sunday: Cheese soufflé
  • Hi guys - another week eh? ;)

    Bit of a strange one for me as we're going on holiday Thursday :j so I'm trying to 'shop at home' so excuse the strange meal combo's and lack of OS but I did make chilli last night and did a roast today :A

    Monday - Scampi/fishfingers, chips and peas
    Tuesday - Ready Meal for me (Sainsburys Basics), Toasted Sandwich for OH
    Wednesday - Waffles, Fishcakes & Peas for me, Pizza, Onion Rings and Wedges for OH

    Lunches will be sandwiches for OH, and ryvita for me.

    usually something green!..THe kids will eat Broccoli, but draw the line at cabbage.
    The Souffle is a 'cheats' one, as i've never mastered the gourmet version..but it tastes great and is cheap to make.
  • this is mine for the week, did our first ever one last week which went ok so we going for it again
    Sun (today) roast at parents for lunch so sarnie for tea.

    Mon Steak pie,veg and mash/roast pots

    Tues Fish cakes,oven chips and peas (fishfingers for DS)

    Weds Pork curry,rice,noodles (chicken dippers,carrots and noodles for DS

    Thurs Pork stew (LO from yesterday) and dumplings with cabbage & carrots

    Fri Chilli con carne,with rice & wraps (something in wraps for DS with pasta)

    Sat Quiche,chips,salad and peas (fishfingers,chips and beans for DS)
