Hi, A driver has received a PCN from ES parking enforcement LTD for leaving a site whilst in a 'free parking whilst in premises only' car park. So when you said YES to a picture of the driver leavin the site, what you meant was NO, they dont havea picture of the driver leaving the site

They have a picutre of SOMEONE - could be the driver, could be a passsenger, could be a passer by - walking towards the car
