The Bulb switch 'earns' you a £25 cashback, but the Avro switch has no cashback. Savings figures are comparing what it forecasts your spend would be over the next 12 months (£778 in your example), so the cashback shows as a greater saving.
The cashback is paid by the comparison site, so doesn't affect what you pay to the energy supplier.0
