Could l please ask if you can follow up this issue.
When a payment doesn't reach the Smart meter, you get an email approx. 35 minutes later with a longgggg digit code to input into the meter.
However the link in the email which takes you to the 'How to Guide' on how to do this is a broken link! it tells you 'This page was moved or deleted'
Currently been on hold for 35 minutes myself waiting to be given advice on how to input the number.

Hello paulofessex and I'm sorry you're struggling to top up your meter.
Please press 'A' on the front of the meter and you'll see 'VEND MODE' on the screen. Type in the code and press 'B' once you're done to confirm. Press 'A' if you make a mistake.
Should you enter an incorrect code five times in a row, you'll see a 'KEY LOCKED' message and won't be able to try again for a short while.
Thank you for highlighting the problem you're seeing with the link in the email. This is something I haven't come across before and I'll be happy to follow this up with our IT people.
