Redundancy payment

My husband is being made redundant on 31/1/19 he usually gets paid on 24th month today he received in the bank his normal monthly wage plus redundancy pay.he received letter in October 2018 saying he would get redundancy pay plus notice pay ,would be required to work remainder of notice period which he has this will be paid in lieu in final salary this I where we are confused as he can see his tax on dwp web site it says this employer told us how much you were paid up to 31/1/19 when employment ended shows wage he just received .can anybody help? Thanks
