    **UPDATE** received an email today confirming all late markers will be removed and replaced confirming all payments made on time. Result!

    I seem to recall something a while back about how the ICO have forced housing associations to allow tenants to opt out of credit file reporting. You might want to look at this, and maybe opt out yourself. Credit reporting is only beneficial if nothing goes wrong …..
