Grant work and small claims court.

Please can you help?
We have had ECO Grant new storage heaters fitted.
We have discovered that the work is sub standard.
Can we still go the small claims court route - even though we did not pay for the work direct.
Payment was direct from the grant people to the installation company.

Unfortunately, no. You have no contract with the people who did the work.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
