Can you please advise where can I find a copy of the Beavis case?
What do you intend to do with it?
https://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/uksc-2015-0116.htmlPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

My court days have been allocated in November. Now I need to prepare my witness statements.
1) Can you please advise where can I find a copy of the Beavis case?
2) Do I have to post a hard copy of my witness statement to BW Legal? Is email accepted?
3) Can I email the WS to the Court or am I restricted to hard copies only? The court's email is not shown on the notice of Allocation to the Claims Track I received.
2) I would do both , obtaining a free certificate of posting from the P O Counter (not using signed for) - a belt and braces approach for the cost of a stamp
3) you should add your WS , + your Exhibits (evidence) plus your Costs Schedule (3 lots of evidence in total) as a bundle , send one bundle to the claimant as described above, drop the other bundle in IN PERSON to the court , obtaining a receipt, keep a third bundle to take with you on the day

The only point you need in the Beavis case is as the Supreme court ruled
198. ''...The charge has to be and is set at a level which enables the managers to recover the costs of operating the scheme...''
Thanks to coupon-mad
That level is now £100 and the Supreme court deemed it includes costs of recovery ... not a penny more

You will not be printing out the Beavis case, it's a Supreme Court ruling. But do read it.
Read other claim threads that are at or past WS stage and learn from them. Show us your draft and what you plan to attach as evidence exhibits, and also draw up your COSTS SCHEDULE (see NEWBIES tread) as we now advise filing that at the same time as the WS & documents you wish to rely upon.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
