Ccj

I'm looking for some advice, me and my partner are looking to get a house this year he works full time and I'm a trainee nurse currently doing part time bank nursing which is zero hours, I work every week. We have £15,500 deposit hoping to get a new build with the help to buy, however my partner was issued a ccj 5 and half years ago it has been satisfied for nearly 5 years we've attempted to pay to get It taken off the credit file but not looking possible, does anyone know our chances of getting a mortgage? Would any lenders accept this as the Ccj was nearly 6 years ago?
