Mine was cancelled too. Oh well, no big deal.
I am left with one question, though? How on earth do you go about closing your account with play.com? Or a least removing your credit card details?
I've tried both and can find no way of doing either. The "help" function is no help at all of course and the site seems devoid of contact info, other than an 0845 number.
Somebody on HUDK mentioned that they're in Jersey, so the normal consumer protection law doesn't apply, but I'd have thought that the e-commerce directive (at least) applied - and that mandates a minimum set of contact info, which isn't there.
I'm just not that comfortable with them having my CC info for ever. I know, if I'm that bothered I shouldn't have entered it in the first place, but still...0 -
I ordered 2 of these, showing as awaiting stock earlier today, but now cancelled. No e mail though, which seems a little rude!0

You have to laugh at the way they promote "Free Delivery" next to the thousand pound price tag

Loving the review that says great price... when they are £9990
-

I have just come off the phone to Play asking why my order was cancelled. Was told there was a tech problem at weekend and that all orders for this case were cancelled and to reorder it and that I would still get it for £2. Fine till I went back on the website to see it for £999.99 so rang back and spoke to a different person who told me that case had been mispriced again and should be £25. I then asked why my first order was not honoured and at first said out of stock, again was told this was cause of the misprice. Surely this can't be right if we had seen this advertised in a shop they would have to honour this price, so why don't Play. if anyone knows of anyway of getting this for £2 you can contact Play on 02890921724( www.saynoto0870.com ). Thanks0
