I am having a real blank here.......
My Moto G6 Play mobile only rings once then voicemail picks up.
I cannot for the life of me find out how to adjust the number of rings before voicemail answers !!
Itemised step by step instructions for a numpty would be greatly appreciated.
If it helps I am on BT mobile which uses EE.

its a BT mobile setting
Dial 15710 from your phone (it's free) to turn this off.

Thanks but I don't want to turn voicemail off just change the number of rings before it picks up.0

not sure you can do that. BT wants you to ring the caller so generating income0 -

Its beginning to look like it either has to be on or off with no option to change the number of rings.
