I don't see how that would work. You mean say two years after the named driver had taken out his/her own policy, and now had the initial named driver discount enhanced by two years of "real" NCD, a claim by the original policyholder would result in partial withdrawal of the spouse's NCD on another policy?
Surely they can't legally withdraw discount from someone else's policy?
