Hi Jane, check that it is indeed you that is logged in! Look at the top of the screen, very top line & you should see your name, not someone elses.

I've entered for the samsung oven and the next entrant got all my details up! Thankfully it was a MSE comper, so no harm done, I hope. I've telephoned the telegraph to tell them, but I oly was able to speak to a woman who told me no-one is in today, but she'll tell them tomorrow!
