    Our solicitor included dod assets, expenses and creditors paid and listed each beneficiary's inheritance and they must sign agree prior to settling the estate

    Daft idea and not necessary. What if they didn't agree?

    Even if they do 'agree' what are the agreeing to. If they later spot an error they can still point it out and ask for it to be corrected.
