Keeping Meter Readings ( electric )
Comments
-
I have been a customer of both E.On and EDF. I supplied regular monthly readings and was billed to those readings every time. They will only ask for a reading every 3 / 6 months and will bill to an estimate if not supplied but will bill more regularly if provided with a reading.
Glad we used your readings okay molerat and thanks for letting us have them so regularly.
Just a quick heads up for any of our customers who might not know. Provided they've registered with the website, our customers can create their own bills in real time by popping in readings. If they don't want a bill, they can check the balance the readings would create.
Thanks again molerat.

Another YES, you can do it easily by just taking a photo with your 'phone which I assume will then record time & date automatically
and depending on your phone, may even store a back up in a cloud somewhere
This and put a copy of the days newspaper with your address written next to it to prove the date.0 -

I went to the council to buy a key, they say they don't have one & it's the electricity supplier's responsibility to come out and read the meter, obviously the supplier isn't going to mess about with this, they also deny having a key.0
