RM Signed For - Not Received

I’m not saying buyers should wait in, however if I indicate on a ebay listing I am going to use the signed for service so a signature is going to be required, then someone buys the item, the buyer accepts responsibility that they have looked at how I will be sending the item and ensure someone is going to be in to sign for it or realise they will have to rearrange the delivery or collect it from DO if they miss the attempted delivery or they shouldn’t purchase the item.
I send any delivery over a certain sale amount for that added protection on my side, because as you are aware there are many people out there that would claim they haven’t received when they have, that is my choice, however as stated my postage always shows this so the buyer is aware.0 -
Wholly unrealistic to believe people should 'make sure they will be at home'. They are hardly going to sit indoors for a week waiting.
...........
then potential buyers shouldn't buy items listed as 'signed for delivery' if they know they're not going to be in to sign for it (and not prepared / able to collect from the local DO).
Simple common sense (yes I know that's rare these days). The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
