All accounts disappeared from Experian credit report

Hi,

Recently I found all my accounts disappeared from my Experian credit report and I don't know why.. Below is what happened on the timeline. It would be great if anyone can help shed some light on this issue.

Before 2018 - opened Lloyds Bank current account, also got Lloyds Bank credit card and Halifax credit card.
Mar 2018 - ordered a £2 credit report from Experian. The report was correct, showing correct address history and all accounts.
Aug 2018 - opened an AMEX credit card
Sep 2018 - moved to my current address. Called Lloyds Bank, Halifax and AMEX to update my address. Received paper statements at my new address, everything seemed fine.
Jan 2019 - canceled Lloyds bank credit card (no longer need that card)
Jan 2019 - applied for credit but failed to get instant decision. Called bank. The bank told me they were unable to pick up my credit profile. Checked my Experian credit report online - it still showed my old address, and all accounts disappeared..

I'm confused. Is it because none of Lloyds Bank, Halifax or AMEX has reported my address change to Experian? Or there can be other reasons?

Added: I'm unable to register to vote because I'm non-European.

Have you registered at your new address on the Electoral Register and if so, is that showing correctly on your current Experian report?

I won't be on the electoral roll because I'm ineligible to vote (non-European).
