Euro Car Parks - POPLA stage
Comments
-
            Dear all,
 Thanks for the wait.
I have since submitted my letter and appeal through the POPLA service.
I received an email today (13/03/2019), that "Euro Car Parks has now uploaded its evidence via our portal. This is now available for you to view by clicking here.
You have seven days from the date of this correspondence to provide comments on the evidence uploaded by Euro Car Parks."
However, I click on the link and it takes me to the POPLA website, that when I put in my details, doesn't show this evidence and only says that it is in progress.
Any ideas how to proceed with this?
 Best wishes0

try again tomorrow, and if its still the same, complain to POPLA and ask for an extension once its been sorted out at their end0

What did you put in your PoPLA appeal?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0

Thank you all for the advice. I have asked for an extension and awaiting their reply,
In my POPLA email, as discussed above, I included:
 1. Frustration of contract
 2. No Landowner Authority
 3. Inadequate signage points
 4. Land under construction so no marked parking bays as of the time of parking (now has been built, but I used photos of Google Maps that showed it under construction)
 Many thanks0

I have now gotten access to the evidence, and it is linked below, anonymised as much as I can. Please let me know if there's anything else that needs to be blacked out.

And POPLA only let me use 2000 characters whilst they let the company use as many pages as they want?!
My initial appeal on the document only shows a little of what I typed because of this 2000 word limit but I did attach the full letter as evidence on the original appeal, is this OK?
 Many thanks0

            Hi there
Please remove the file and reupload with the author removed. Word auto fills your name into the author field, which will compromise anonymity.
Google how to remove author from Word Document if you're unsure.
Hope this helps and good luck!
 Edit: please see https://support.office.com/en-us/article/change-the-author-name-for-documents-0ad23fe7-b82e-40c4-b9d9-391fec971a540

Also you've left your name on one of the pages... Remove ASAP.
If you've also redacted using the shapes in Word, these can be removed by anyone downloading the document. I would recommend screenshotting the pages and pasting them into a separate document with the author redacted as per my instructions above.
 Again, good luck!0

ECP do not own any car parks, so your appeal points seem to be evidence of unclear signs, and no landowner authority. Nothing else, except...
Depends. Were they an occupant pf the car and do they have a medical condition that affects their daily life and is likely to continue, or has continued or remitted/repeated over a 12 month period (past/future, ongoing condition?).
I got the title deed for this car park and it appears that they own it, as per my thread.0
