Energy club showing wrong information.

I am wondering what to do about the fact that Energy Club are showing my annual usage as £200.00 more than I calculate it to be. They have emailed me saying I could save about £150.00 , best switch worked out to be Pure Planet. Hence I started the switch, then when I scrolled down the page , I saw Pure Planet pop up again stating that I would save £45.00 per annum! Also first advert had no feedback and second advert had 5star.
Hence I am totally confused to say the least!!
I cancelled the switch, however Energy Club are still showing me as switching! Pure Planet called me , it is an App only site. I told them I had changed my mind, they had no information about me as I had not downloaded there App. The chap did not know if its was free to download the App and I don’t either.
I have emailed Martin’s site and they said they would pass it on to Energy Club, however I have not heard anything. I don’t know what to do!
Do I re-apply, somehow to switch and save whatever or do I stay with Outfox the Market who now have back pedalled on there enormous winter price hicking idea!!
Do hope someone out there can help please! A desperate person!!

The displayed current costs and potential savings depend on which particular measure of your annual costs you are basing your search on, your choice in the energy club tool.0

Use a different switching site.
There is nothing special about the Cheap Energy Club and some sites offer more money as cash back where available.
E.g, £17 per fuel at https://www.energylinx.co.uk/energy/cashback/0 -
Energylinx has the wrong info as well. No charge per kwh, just a standing charge!Keef - Sheerness, Kent UK0

@Keef-Wh...
For which tariff and company are you talking about?
The OP is only talking about the alleged savings from Pure Energy on the Cheap Energy Club website.
Pure Energy 100% Green tariff does display kWh and standing charges on the energylinx website as I've just looked up it now.0 -
Outfox the Market - Zapp
OP is apparently with them.Keef - Sheerness, Kent UK0 -
Thank you, I did not know that! I thought Energy club was the best one ??0

Sorry I am not following you. I don’t understand what you mean by OP?0

I don’t understand all the jargon! I just want the cheapest Energy for me ! Seems a nightmare this time, no trouble other times and have switched once per year! All through Martin’s energy club! I just want to know why he is display two sites for the same provider , both with different savings. Also how to unlock me from the switch showing in progress when it never did get off the ground!! The new would be company know it is cancelled! They said they would let energy club know , however this has not happened! Hm! Probably have to stay put with Outfox the market. Well at least they are answering the phones now!0

As I said there is no best switching site.
The Cheap Energy Club is very hard to get in touch with, only an email address which is hidden at the bottom of their FAQ/Help web page. And they don't seem to respond quickly if at all these days.
The last few years, I've not switched via it at all but used other sites.
I do compare prices at the Cheap Energy Club but I also check via energylinx (or the easier version which is branded by the Citizen Advice Bureau https://energycompare.citizensadvice.org.uk/ which doesn't offer any cash back but is really easy to use)
Indeed if an energy company doesn't offer cash back via a switching site, I would sign up on that company's own web site as they is no need to involve the switching site. (I did this for Zog and Utility Point)0
