Selling a property when let out

Dear All,
Thank you very much for your input. I find it very valuable, I have ever only bought one property as the first time buyer and didn't see the ramification of the process in my current situation. Also seeing the things from the tenant's point of view is something I have missed, he has been a good tenant.
I guess I will have to wait till March when the contract expires, then put the house on the market........right at the crescendo towards Brexit.
Best regards,

No. Serve a S21 Notice now. It expires 2 months later which is roughly when the fixed term ends. See my post above and also read:detomassino wrote: »Dear All,

* Ending/renewing an AST: what happens when a fixed term ends? How can a LL or tenant end a tenancy? What is a periodic tenancy?0
