Based on a Survey of almost 7500 energy customers in Sept 2018, Octopus Energy were adjudged the best overall after considering Bill Accuracy, Customer Service (phone & online), Complaints Handling, Helping you understand and reduce energy use, and Value for money.

The top 6 energy suppliers were:
1. Octopus Energy
2. Robin Hood Energy & So Energy
4. Ebico & Tonik Energy
6. Ovo Energy

Top Big 6 supplier was SSE @ 22nd position

    Well, I, for one,am not impressed with Octopus - left them in September (after the solr transfer from Iresa) . Two phone calls since November and I still haven't had a final bill. Their loss as I OWE them:rotfl:

    Octopus leading the list, followed by Robin Hood Energy and So Energy in second place followed by Ebico and Tonik Energy in joint fourth position.
    So much for Sp and the big 6.

    I always treat surveys such as these with a pinch of salt. low sample base, not really enough to base meaningful results. Bias participants etc.

    However an interesting read.

    Correct procedure is to use report a post facility which was what I did.
