Closing Old Bank Account with literally zero details?

I have a 4 year old bank account still showing on my credit report at an old address, I believed this was closed but it appears not.
The account in question was an old joint account which my ex partner closed, it appears that when she closed it, it became my account and still refers to an old address we lived at.
It has zero balance so there is nothing to clear however I have literally zero information on this account, I don't even know the sort / account numbers as I had little to do with this joint account when it was set up.
I have an old address, my name and I.D that is literally it, I was going to pop into branch later this week, is there any chance of getting this closed or do I need to be armed with any additional information? Its a barclays account if that makes any difference.

If it shows as being in your sole name, why not ask Barclays?

You'll have to provide as much detail as possible if you don't know the sort code & account number0 -
If that fails, an SAR (subject access request) on Barclays should reveal the details you need to close it.The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

How will that help the OP?
They already know they have an old account on their credit file and Noddle don’t show any more details than they will have already seen wherever they’ve already viewed their file.====0 -

As above, a subject access request under GDPR will give you all the information you need - otherwise go into a branch will some ID and all the information you know and be prepared to wait around whilst they search around on their systems for it.0

I had a very old account with HSBC that I had lost track of for years. All I did was go to HSBC branch and ask them to close it (I ended up reviving it and still use it but that's a different story). They were able to find it with my name and DOB. They checked the ID along with some details on the account such as the name of the employer at that time etc.0

Barclays can search for accounts using your full name and postcode. To pass security to access the account (and close it) a passport is sufficient, along with a few security questions and/or a signature. If as you say it's an account at zero balance I don't imagine the staff will make life too difficult for you. Definitely try resolving this at branch level first, immediately going for an SAR is like taking a sledgehammer to a nut, plus there's a £10 fee IIRC.: )0

A copy of your personal data should be provided free. An organisation may charge for additional copies. It can only charge a fee if it thinks the request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’. If so, it may ask for a reasonable fee for administrative costs associated with the request.0
