    I know it looks bad, but...I had no other choice at that time. Of course I did not know about UKPC or that there is a ticket man around, still I run as fast as I could and managed to get back in 5min and leave...later to see that PCN on my window

    That's a disabled bay...PARK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NEVER A DISABLED BAY.

    Imagine if the passenger of the car you trapped, was a wheelchair user...

    But we are not telling you to pay UKPC, by the way, it's just that parking is awful.

    The other car wasn't a disabled user, there was sufficient space to open the door too. I have not obstructed anybody. There was no chance of getting a parking space anytime soon, there was a big queue from the roundabout until the parking.
    Anyway, I appreciate your opinions, and I am trying to think of a way to explain this to a manager or Popla. I appreciate your advice.
