Coming off Jobseekers and going into work

Hi, in a bit of a pickle about what will happen when I start working. I've been on job seekers for 33 weeks now and finally(!) have found myself a full time job. This requires me to pay for transport which is £130 a month, which with what I'm getting currently is going to be a struggle. My jobseekers will end once I start working which is in a little over 2 weeks, Feb 4th. (I will get paid Fri 25th and that will be my last jobseekers payment before I officially start working.)

I don't recieve any other benefit outside of jobseekers as I live with a parent. Are there any grants or schemes available to me that I can apply for or get access to, to help pay for the first month of transport getting to and from work?

Thanks in advance,

Gladeon.
