I've emailed the parking firm my responseto thier offer of discount and a request of a SAR.



Dear Sir/Madam

without prejudice (save as costs).

Replaying to your last letter regarding the offer of discount on the disputed parking fine
Vehicle registration XXXXX . The defendant reject that offer.

The defendant Request for Access pursuant to Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please provide all and every information you hold of the register keeper of the vehicle mentioned above. Including the new information you mentioned (your referred to a new information past on to Xxxxcxcccc ltd that made you make an offer of discount on the parking fine) on your latest corresponds.

Received mail from HMC&TS they've received my defence and said they serving the claiment after which the latter will have 28 days to proceed. They also said that the claiment may contact me directly to attempt to resolve the dispute

Received this email today from PE after i emailed them requesting SAR. Should i reply to them?

<Thank you for your email which was referred to us by the Enforcement Team. We note you make a subject access request for data pertaining to the above referenced Parking Charge.

In order for us to provide this by email, please confirm your VRM and full address at which the charge has been issued. Alternatively, we can issue a response via post.>

Update
Received DQ from court will be filling it up and sending it tommorrw. And a copy to claiment.
And received a copy from the claiment QD.

Return your completed DQ to the CCBC in the same manner and to the same email address that you sent your Defence.

Refresh your memory with post #3 above.

Whose website do you mean? Did you check on MCOL to see the status of you case? I believe that is where you will see the DQ received.

MCOL shoudl show it as being received.
Call them, is the best option in cases where only the court knows the answer....
