Hey, I've received a pcn in a retail car park from ukpc ltd. I parked straddled across two bays, do I have a chance at winning this is not?
I have read the newbies thread but the template seems like it doesn't suit my situation at all.
The annoying thing is that there was a row of about 5 of us all like it but I was the only one with s ticket
Any replies will be greatly appreciated.

Send the already written for you blue template appeal to appear to have already found in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.
Send it as the keeper.
Was it a windscreen ticket?
If so, hold off sending that appeal - following the guidance in the NEWBIES thread.0 -
Oh yes it does. The details don't matter. Appeal online as keeper on day 26.I have read the newbies thread but the template seems like it doesn't suit my situation at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
