yup thanks all the print in store is a set £2.99 for upto 5 kg , no option for larger , the hermes page for it just stated length as opposed to other of there sites giving 3 measurements0

There's a 5-15kg option as well, see above. Our local one seems to have been upgraded recently - there is now an option when ordering to quote the value (and pay extra insurance) as well ordering POD - also it asks for your address in case of returns.0 -

The last time I used the instore printer at mine it was still quite basic, I could inout my return address (in fact it was a requirement) but I don't recall being able to add extra insurance like you can if you buy at home.
