Part refund ebay

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
On ebay you used to be able to raise a case if you weren't happy with an item and ask for a part refund. Was a very good way forward.

have they stopped this? as I can't find it now?

    I thought it was still possible to open an SNAD (significantly not as described) case and request a part refund? However sellers do not have to accept the request and can insist on sending a label for the return instead.

    The only option available to me seams to be to return and full refund.

    It's used to say what your preferred option was and insert a value for refund

    Possibly, and I don't know for sure, any option to request a part refund has been removed as so few sellers went for that option. Just wait for a label and send it back if it is not as described.
