Which area is best in Zone 3?

That's a rather odd prerequisite...
Why does it HAVE to be Z3, but flexible on N/S/E/W...? I'd imagine there's quite a wide swathe of price differences, too...0 -
But Z3 would give the option to live near the 3 biggest shopping centres in london. Stratford's Westfield, Shepherds Bush Westfield and Brent Cross.
As for Cafes and Restaurants unless you manage to find yourself in a bit of a black hole down south with no tube and train station nearby then you're at best 20 mins from central london from any locationThose who risk nothing, Do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothingMFW #63 £0/£5000 -
We lived in Acton for many years. Always liked it - plenty of stuff locally, but very easy to get anywhere in London, and out of London. 6 stations in Acton with a choice of tube lines/overground/main lines, plus you’re near Ealing Broadway. Easy to get to Heathrow and Kings Cross, and easy route out by road too.0

Walthamstow's good for value, though less so for shopping centre, restuarants. Getting better though, and has a nice cinema now.0
