I had an accident recently which hasn't been resolved yet. It was my fault so eventually my no claims will be affected. However I'm need to renew my insurance now so I'm guesisng as the claim hasn't been resolved my NCD won't be affected yet although I've declared the accident?

Hi there, any outstanding claim will be treated as a fault claim and your NCD will be stepped back by 2 years. Once the claim is closed provided it is settled in your favour, your NCD will be re-instated and a refund provided for the difference in premium.
Hope this helps!0
