Hello all, :rotfl:

I have followed the instructions via the sticky thread however, I have received a letter i am unsure about how to reply. I first sent a letter to challenge the PCN and now they have responded with the following letter.

Unable to attach the picture? Any help would be great?

Thanks in advance

If you appealed without naming the driver, you should be waiting for a PoPLA code. If it hasn't arrived by say day 38, then complain to the BPA.

You are not waiting for anything else other than a PoPLA code.

This assumes you provided the keeper's details and the PCN/NTK number in your appeal.

Of course they did. However the keeper is doing nothing but waiting for a PoPLA code.

I think the NEWBIES tells you how to upload images, but this isn't necessary in this case.

    Whose car park was this?
have you contacted the car park owner about this?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • Its a ParkingEye carpark controlled via ticket machine and also ANPR.

I first sent a letter highlighting grace periods and the fact that the ANPR and ticket machine do not match up and then received a letter saying that the fine is on hold and asking for the drivers details.

Obviously they are begging to know who was driving! Ignore it like everyone else who has had the same letter & posted about it on here. No need to do anything.

We assume you've checked if it's a GOLDEN TICKET as per the NEWBIES thread example?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
