Sim card tray stuck

Help.I was setting up my new phone, n must've put the Sim card in the wrong way n the trays now stuck.I've tried the little pointy tool, but it just won't open n I can't get the back off without invalidating the warranty :(

    If its the sim card try pushing out with a pencil rubber.

    The trays stuck with the sim in it :(

    You cant put the sim in wrong it will only fit in one way. If you have placed it wrong I doubt the sim tray will shut completely. Have you tried to prise the tray open by getting a thin object to place between the phone and tray?

    My money is on one of the dual SIM / memory card trays.

    Have you tried (very carefully) a pair of tweezers?
