Anyone found anymore information about this , I contact the pension advisory service and they ware quite alarmed , also got in touch with the onsbusman but still waiting for a reply . The solicitors didn’t even know that the guy from Roodee trustees was a director of Esrg and I found he was a director of pearl consul

me too lost my pension, same letter, same people and companies behind it. they are now roodee limited and esrg are involved

Im in the same position. £50k outstanding. I am sure this was a pre-conceived scam right from the start. I was suspicious last year as ESRG were about to be struck off, then after some emails a statement miraculously appeared. I was recommended by Finance for U through Pure Global Marketing, who have also conveniently been wound up recently. Does anyone have any feelings on the likelyhood of us getting our money back? Hi All

I am a personal investor having invested my pension monies in The Pearl Consultants Limited Pension Scheme via Esrg Pension Administration services, which has since been dissolved 06.03.2018.

I am reaching out to you as I currently have a claim with the Fscs to try and get back some compensation as I believe that my pension monies have been lost.

However, the fscs are only able to pay out on claims when they can be certain that a loss has been incurred.

If anyone has any documentary evidence to show that a loss has been incurred at this stage for our investment with The Pearl Consultants Limited Pension Scheme can you please forward to me as a matter of urgency so that I can forward on to the fscs.

Once I do this and if the fscs accept this evidence this will open the gateway for you all to be hopefully compensated via this route.

The fscs, and my solicitors have requested this info from [Text removed by Forum Team] at Roodee Ltd but he is being non responsive.

Without this documentary evidence to show that a loss has been incurred at this stage unfortunately the fscs are not able to value our investment at NIL value and pay out compensation for any loss.

I have a letter from them telling me pension has NIL value.

Can you please forward me a copy of that letter? and i will pass on to the fscs and will let you know all know if this is acceptable evidence for what they need - this will then enable you to submit claims via this route.

Its important we all work together on this or else there will be no chance of of us being compensated for our losses.
