I was and showed my download speed of 1 Mbps on here.

It's not a matter of lying, it's simply that it's impossible to get good quality with 1 Mbps.
It's like pretending you did 200 mph with your 20-year old Mini.
However, if 360p videos are what you were watching, then yes, that's plausible.
