Anyone tried Rentalcover.com complete protection on collision damage? They said it provides complete protection against theft and costly damage to your rental vehicle.

I haven't used them. I normally use direct-carexcess.co.uk who are part of AIG. They are reasonably priced and, on the one occasion I had to claim, it wasn't perfect, but it wasn't unreasonably difficult.
