Economy Energy

I took my gas and electric from Economy Energy on a fixed rate between August 2017 until August 2018. I then changed to Utility Point. Upon leaving Economy Energy my account was in credit £83.50. I was expecting them to refund the money but it did not happen. On October 3rd I rang them and they agreed that the account was in credit and they would refund the money. No money was forthcoming. I rang again on several occasions but no one answered the phone so I sent an email on 3 January 2019. They replied promptly and said they would refund the credit. A further two weeks and no money came. I emailed again only to be told that Economy Energy had gone bust.
How can I get my money back?
