....but vba is not really ott, quite simple probably, could just be a function effectively and could even be produced as an add-in so can be added to every Excel workbook that might be used with the reports.
Along those lines but different! I would go with a macro in a seperate sheet that would run on the current sheet and do the changes when run. That way you get to keep the sheet simple and ensure it loads into where it is intended. Just my thoughts though.
