So what is the relevance of Windows PC? Do you normally use one or something else? Are there any Windows devices with access to your network that you know of?0

I don't get why this thread is still going to be honest. Someone had all your details and access to your home network. If it wasn't you it was someone you passed your details to which is negligent. The only thing worhh pursing now is some honest conversations with your family.0

I will speak to anyone in the household. Won’t the bank just say if it someone in the household then I have been negligent?
I'm guessing that other people have been reading the way you have replied about "others in your household" and are puzzled by the rather vague answers.
Generally you would expect someone in your position to be saying categorically that everybody else in your household is beyond suspicion - but you don't seem to be saying that?0 -
It depends on your provider. Some providers essentially give you a [router-] lifetime IP address, even if you are on a dynamic service. Others give you a new IP address every time anyone/anything restarts [hard or soft] your router. I believe the latter is more prevalent in the UK than the former.Only by changing your router are you likely to get a different public IP address.0 -
This story has more holes in it than Swiss cheese, or should I say a Swiss bank account.
