Charges 9 months after switch
I switched from Flow energy to Tonik Feb 2018. Flow contacted me in November to say I owed them money. Is this fair for them to take so long to come up with final figures? I would have thought that everything would be resolved and the account settled during the switching process.

Final bill is supposed to be within 6 weeks of switch. 9 months seems a bit excessive! Ofgem were considering imposing penalties for switch problems - these may now be in place.

Was the final bill correct? e.g. meter readings correct? If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -

If you have cause for complaint, follow the suppliers complaint procedure.
I know if I didn't get paid my wages I'd certainly prefer to get them 9 months late, than not receive them at all.
(not saying I wouldn't make a complaint too)0
