I keep on getting a pop up from Google
"On January 22, 2019, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are changing for users in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. For a preview, visit the updated Privacy Policy and updated Terms of Service."


I am assuming that it will not apply to UK - after Brexit - since we will no longer be in the EU ?
If not - what T&C will apply ?

I think you are assuming too much, from current thinking EU terms will continue to apply to many things, including Data protection

Correct. Those terms will not apply on a Brexit as they are specific to the locations listed and with EU agreements........but in all probability, especially at the outset, it will be something very similar depending upon any exit agreements!


You are asking for we who do not know what the future will look like to give you an answer. Like most things something practical (unknown at the moment) will be put in place.
