How long do PPC have to persue?

As the title says, how long do they have? I know it is 6 years, but is it 6 years from the date of contravention/NTD on windscreen or date of NTK? I have seen conflicting evidence.

So you have had letters from BW legal? If so you are most likely to get a court claim.

Yes I have had letters from them over the past 2/3 years. Still worth spending a bit of time, they are wanting more information on my complaint which I am providing.0
