Hi all
Just looking for any advice and experiences you've got regarding either first direct or Natwest and their current accounts; mainly the mobile app.
Been with Yorkshire Bank a long time and im sick of their app. The incentives to move are good, but im a bit of a creature of habit!
Thanks in advance
Chris

I spent most of my life with Clydesdale - who are the same group as Yorkshire and quite liked them. However we had a falling out and I started switching about 3 years ago. I now have several current accounts, have had most of the switching bonuses, and have never looked back.
You don't need to switch your main account. You can open a second (donor) account, make sure it has what it needs to meet the switching criteria, and switch that.
I don't know why you've chosen those two. I have Natwest but don't have First Direct.
The Nationwide offer may be worth investigating. If a friend / family member has an account they can refer you and you get £100 each. You also get 5% interest on the first £2500 for the first year, and access to a regular saver which also pays 5%.0
