Cheap Energy Club: Lumo NOT for tenants
I'm trying to switch from Together (as a former OneSelect customer - note, can't find that tariff listed here), the best deal for me was Lumo.
I read the tariff details, then decided to go ahead. That sent me over to Money Supermarket, where I dutifully completed the application process - only to be told after submitting all the information it's not available for tenants!
I really think this should firstly have been made clear here at the Cheap Energy Club in its tariff information, and secondly at Money Supermarket when selecting the 'Tenant' option, not after completing the whole of the rest of the form!
