Apologies if already posted, but I have just stumbled upon the Royal Bank of Scotland offering 0% on BTs and purchases.
No charges on BTs apparently

Online application facility appears down just now but there is a freephone number for an application pack.
Hadn't seen this advertised anywhere else.
