Tax Credit Online Changes - Problem?

Hi all, hoping someone can help me, had some really good advice in the past.
I have gone onto the tax credit .gov website, signed in and can see all of my details etc.
We needed to add a new job (employment) so I added the details and the hours. Removed a self employment that was there, added the income for this year until the end of the period, it asked me and there was a figure for the PR until the end of the tax year. Fine I accepted it and it showed change received marker etc.
Logged back in the next day, change marker gone, employment details and hours there, income showing at 0.00
So I again amended the income, this time I just needed to change the expected earnings as the employment details are correct, 0.00 should have been about £3700, so I entered and again showed change received.
So today logged back in again, and it's back to 0.00, I had no proof I made these changes, so I have again amended it and this time I have retained a copy of the info shown.
They do not send confirmation emails etc, any ideas if the system is down or what the issue is. Obviously above the income disregard just so should be accepted as a change and impact the payments surely?
Any advice or help appreciated, I don't like to call them as I know sometimes the people you speak to are not knowledgeable about the process.
