Dash Parking/Auto Pay

Hi all,
I've had a look through and can't seem to find anyone with this particular issue....Yet!
You may be familiar with the Dash Parking & the AutoPay system at Underground stations.
You register your car and payment details on one system, "Dash Parking" and tell a completely different system, "AutoPay" where you would like to park...... It then uses ANPR to charge you each time you use those car parks.
All works well until you change your car. The AutoPay system then "Auto" deletes your preferred stations and you receive a PCN .....
I used the station twice before getting the PCN - Sadly being a company car driver I have reviled I was the driver so that's not for contention - Appealed to NCP stupidly thinking they would understand given the evidence I had previously updated the system but there was no indication I would have to renew the preferred stations....Appeal rejected....
POPLA would see sense right?..... Nope they clearly don't either! Rejected the appeal too.
So now having ignored the subsequent letter from NCP I've received the "ZZPS" letter with the £100 fine, £70 Admin fee, Another £36 will be added if they instruct a solicitor etc.....
I feel their process is paramount to entrapment by automatically removing your preferred stations when you change your car and also giving no notice on the "Dash" portal that you need to do this...
I would be happy to attend court as I feel a judge would uphold my complaint...... Any thoughts or direction?
Should I just continue to ignore these letters until court papers are issued?

Next time, stop yourself and appeal as KEEPER!!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
